Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 days after shipping. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be a delay in shipping due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly an order arrives after it leaves our warehouse. It is best to contact the carrier to find out more about the location of your package and the estimated delivery date.

We have developed a universal sizing system that aims to provide a clear reference for all countries. Our size chart, which includes a conversion table for all major country sizing systems, makes it easy for you to determine the size that suits you best. Obanderl accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

• All major credit cards as shown at checkout

• PayPal: If you don't already have an account, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Once you have placed your order online, in the "My Account" section you can view the details of the purchase, follow its preparation and find out about the shipping.
